Canadian Orders
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our store in London, Ontario. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 8-10 business days from when they leave our store.

Changes in pricing and item availability
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order
only. If items in your order are not available, we will notify you by email after reception of the first order confirmation. Backorders will NOT be shipped. You will be credited on your PayPal account for those backordered items within 2 business days.
Online store prices and items available are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to display to you only those items which are currently available to order and are updated each business morning. However, some items, size and/or colors can be out of stock at the time you order.
Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and some products may not be readily available for immediate delivery (eg: pre-orders or special orders). We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Typographical Errors
We strive to make every piece of information as accurately as possible. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge through Pay Pal. Payment and Importation Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside CANADA. You will be responsible for paying any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
Online Pricing
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable Canadian taxes.
Sales tax
Sales tax for products ordered at this online store are based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandise shipped within the province of Ontario, add 5% GST and 8% PST. For merchandise shipped to any other province, add 5% GST, with the except of Nova Scotia, Newfoundland/Labrador, and New Brunswick, add 15% HST.
